This is confirmed by lawyer Ulrich Cramer from Holzkirchen. Cramer has been appointed by the Wolfratshausen district court to satisfy the creditors' claims against the owners of the villa. The residential and boathouses belong to the British offshore company “Tegernsee (IOM) Limited”
