The German brand Opel continues its transformation with a range currently being redesigned around a new formal language and a redesigned logo. The year 2024 will thus see the presentation of two important models: the successor to the Crossland and the new generation of the Grandland.

The first has just burst onto the screen and it revives the name Frontera which designated the first leisure vehicle of the German brand launched in 1991. Officially presented on May 14 but not launched before the start of the school year in September, this SUV will succeed the current Crossland. Announced at nearly 4.40 m long in order to distance itself from the Mokka, it will thus be larger than the model it replaces. The resolutely modern interior is built around two 10-inch horizontal panels integrating digital instrumentation. Ensuring comfort, the seats made from recycled materials feature the patented Intelli-Seat function - a slot that relieves pressure on the coccyx. It will provide access to a 48V mild hybridization engine with 136 hp and an electric version with 156 hp and a 54 kWh battery.
