Spectators could crowd onto the thousands of balconies along the Seine on July 26, during the Olympic nautical parade. Some fear over-occupancy of these ideal platforms which could be stormed by the occupants of the accommodation and their numerous guests, or even rented at high prices without taking into account security requirements.
