Élise de la Fabrègue is the owner of the Domaine de Rombeau inn in Rivesaltes, Pyrénées-Orientales. She has run the inn since the death of her father and wants to democratize culture in the area.
The inn has set up film screenings, exhibitions in the gallery above the restaurant room, plans to offer stand-up. It has also gone all out on recycling wine bottles after a conclusive test carried out with Oc'Consigne.
