In fact, the events of October 7th were supposed to lead to the expansion of the Holocaust topic in history studies and matriculation exams. Israeli students are able and required to pass the true maturity test of dealing with the past, and with the mental difficulties that learning about it may produce. And therefore - we do not have permission to turn Holocaust studies into an authority.
