There is an expectation that the Israelis in the Diaspora will make up for their absence by doing, promoting and giving for those who fill their lack in Israel. An aid and support system based on a liberal-secular Israeli heritage is needed.
The result that will be obtained will be the creation of a solid global Israeli leadership, and the establishment of Israel as an integral part of the children's lives, out of familiarity and belonging. A docking station where you can be Israeli, even if you don't live in Israeli.
