The report of the Commissioner of Judges' Complaints for 2023 shows that only 7% of the complaints submitted were found to be justified. The report does not refer to the latest cases published in the media in relation to the reference of the retired Uri judicial commissioner.

In 2023, 897 complaints about judges and judges were received, and decisions were given in 871 complaints. The decrease in the number of justified complaints, or those that ended with a comment, is mainly due to the drop in complaints in the family courts and rabbinical courts.
