From Maundy Thursday to Easter Tuesday the cross will be visible in its contemporary form. Installation will take place on Thursday morning by the local supplier. The lighting on the cross switches on every day at dusk, says Benjamin Müller, head of the network construction department at Stadtwerke Fürstenfeldbruck. “Then 133 LED lamps burn and make the cross shimmer in red light,” he says.
