The French sailing federation has been renting a house for two years. In the garden, a huge table, a barbecue, a ping-pong table and an “approved” pétanque court.
Soon rowing machines and bikes will be installed, “for recovery and muscle awakening”, as well as cold baths. An outdoor kitchen will be set up, screens will allow you to follow the regattas. “We were looking for a rear base of our own, a bunker reserved only for the French team, in order to escape the tumult of the competition,” explains Philippe Mourniac.
