Palace releases first official photo of Kate Middleton after surgery. Princess Kate can be seen in the passenger seat of an Audi near Windsor Castle, with her mother Carole Middleton (69) behind the wheel.
Kate has been recovering from abdominal surgery since January 16th. It is not known whether this is an old family photo that has just been posted or a new one. According to the Instagram post, Prince William took the sweet family photo. More information will follow shortly.
