A man, aged 41 and born in the Philippines, was indicted on Friday for murder. He is suspected of having fatally stabbed a woman at her home in Paris last week.
The victim, aged 36 and mother of a three-year-old child, presented “stab wounds” when she was found in an apartment in the 11th arrondissement of the capital on Friday March 22. The suspect, belonging to the victim's entourage, was taken into custody on Wednesday morning, according to a source.
