Driver, 49, tested negative for drugs and alcohol. Investigation must specify the circumstances of the accident and whether or not there is reason to extend the prosecution, to failure to assist a person in danger for example. Viewing nearby cameras could be valuable, Paris prosecutor's office has not responded at this stage. The incident comes a week after a woman was hit by a bus in Paris.
