This Sunday, March 3, the City of Paris is organizing free sports initiations on the Champs-Élysées. The objective is to promote sport and, in particular, women's sport.
“90% of sports equipment is owned by men,” insists Hélène Bidard, deputy (PCF) in charge of gender equality. The City launched “Paris Sportives” in 2020. A program which aims to offer free sports classes dedicated to women on outdoor physical education fields.
