The Council of State orders the historic Clap pétanque club to leave. The historic Montmartre bowling association has occupied a public space since 1971.

Last summer, an agreement was signed between the Paris town hall and Oscar Comtet, winner of the call for tenders. In a heated administrative battle between the two camps, four appeals to the administrative court and a petition gathering more than 10,500 signatures were initiated. The land now deemed public by the highest French administrative court, the agreement is in principle canceled.
