Matsuri, flagship brand of sushi conveyor belts, begins its metamorphosis. Its restaurant on rue La Boétie (8th arrondissement) is the first of the chain's twelve to have a makeover.
The concept of a revolving counter on which freshly prepared sushi, makis and other sashimi parade should delight raw fish lovers. The new Matsuri menu gives pride of place to Californian-inspired recipes and original formats. “Kaïten sushi” continues to turn heads.
