A police operation is underway, at the Place de Clichy in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, where a "suspicious vehicle" has caused the closure of part of the district, learned Le Figaro from concordant sources. According to our information, the vehicle would be located near 68 boulevard de Clchy. The filtered portion of the boulevard is "empty while at this time is supposed to be crowded," confides a trader on site.
