120 students and teachers from the Jean-Drouant hotel school, an 89-year-old institution, demonstrated in front of the Île-de-France regional council in Saint-Ouen. Students and teachers have been up in arms against the project to move the establishment imposed by the region and the Paris academy.
A two-stage departure would force the institution to leave its historic premises on rue Médéric to make way for the “Médérics 2024” project.
