Paris: the legendary waiters' race is back, 300 participants ready to do battle. 300 participants are expected on the starting line, in front of City Hall, at 10 a.m.

Renamed the “café race”, the event, co-organized by the Paris town hall and Eau de Paris, the municipal authority, will take place over a 2 km course in the Marais. “The challenge is to complete a loop while walking quickly with a tray containing a cup of coffee, a glass of water and a croissant, without spilling anything,” says Nathan Kaidi.
