Olympic medals for Paris 2024 will be set with a real fragment of the Eiffel Tower. The design of the medal was developed with the teams of the jeweler Chaumet place Vendôme.
The workshop, Quai de Conti, of the Paris Mint has already started striking the 5,084 medals needed for next summer. Paris 2024 and its Athletes Commission wanted “ the medalists to keep a little piece of France as close to their hearts as possible”
