Gaden's volunteer fire department is exactly 100 years old this year. Firefighters will celebrate this happy date from May 24th to 26th.
The planning team is looking for volunteers to help ensure that the big festival goes off without a hitch. The main work for the urgently needed helpers begins on Thursday, May 16th. The committee is also looking for cake bakers who can provide at least 15 cakes for the seniors' afternoon on May 25th and 55 for the festival Sunday Piece.. Waiters and people who can be used as “girls for everything” are also desired. “We then assign the work at times specified by the village community together together,” said the club chairman.
