In the Benz barracks in Mannheim's Waldhof district, there is never a lack of a healthy dose of warmth. The RTLZWEI program "Hartz und cordial" accompanies the everyday problems, worries and fears of the barrackers. Many participants struggle with financial worries and live on Hartz IV.
