Woman dressed as a clown wanted to get on a tram with her walker after a carnival parade in Würzburg. But she felt harassed by it and sprayed the spray around herself, police say. She then walked away in an unknown direction, and seven people were injured, according to police. The incident took place on Shrove Tuesday, February 14.
