Six men, arrested on the night of 22nd to 23rd March in Boulogne-sur-Mer during tensions between demonstrators mobilised against the pension reform. The six defendants, three of whom are unionized at the CFDT, were prosecuted for participation with a weapon in a gathering and intentional violence without disability on police officers.

The court finally acquitted them of the violence, in this case stone throwing, the court considering that "at the times specified in the commissioner's report, the defendants were not on the scene"
