Prates met, among others, the CEO of the Mubadala investment fund, Waleed Al Mokarrab Al Muhairi, in Abu Dhabi, while in Kuwait he met with the authorities of Kuwait Petrolium. The war between Israel and Hamas should not have major repercussions on the international oil market scenario, Prates said.
