Pichetto, the agrivoltaic decree aims for 1 Gw by 2026 - Energia & Energie. The decree, explained the minister, "promotes innovative construction solutions" It provides for a capital contribution, within the limit of 40% of eligible investment costs, financed with over 1 billion euros of Pnrr resources, combined with a tariff incentive - lasting 20 years - applied to production of net electricity fed into the grid.
The registration procedures are reserved for power plants of up to 1 Mw, built by agricultural entrepreneurs and their aggregations.
