Driver, 33, arrested after fleeing the scene, police say. Two injured people in critical condition, prefect of the region says, adding that the number of injured people could change. The driver also caused a collision with three vehicles about a kilometer further, injuring their drivers, authorities say. The driver is a 33-year-old Polish citizen from Szczemecin.
