Police arrest two suspects in connection with graffiti on skyscraper under construction in Los Angeles. Víctor Daniel Ramírez, 35, and Roberto Pérez, 25, were arrested on Tuesday.
No charges were filed, but police said the case remains under investigation. Mayor Karen Bass's office said it was aware of the incident and was working with the city attorney to resolve it. The city cannot immediately clean up the graffiti due to legal limitations regarding private property, Bass' office said.
