Until recently, police officers who asked to retire on mental grounds were required to pass an internal organizational medical committee. Now the organization has announced a new move that requires a lot of bureaucracy.

"A cap rings instead of an enveloping hug," a policeman who suffers from a complex mental background following the war was angry. Many requests submitted since the outbreak of the war lead to bureaucratic procrastination and provoked the true state of the organization. "Those who want to retire are going through hell," accused an officer who wants to retire.
