Police officers in the house: woman defends herself. Starnberg district court nevertheless closed the criminal proceedings against a 64-year-old Gilching woman for resisting law enforcement officers.
The public prosecutor had accused the woman of resisting the search of her single-family home in Gilching. She tried verbally and gesticulating to stop the police operation. When the officers tried to bring the woman under control by handcuffing her and putting a mouth/nose protector on her, she bit one of the police officers twice on the hand.
