[HIGHLIGHTS] Pontoise: the tree decorated in memory of Nikola, who died at 18, was vandalized twice

Nikola lost his life at the age of 18, on October 25, 2020, on boulevard Jacques-Tête, in Pontoise. After the tragedy, his mother placed a commemorative plaque and decorations to celebrate her son's memory.
