Simone Fulda has been President of the Christian Albrechts University of Kiel since October 2020. The background is allegations of scientific misconduct against the medical professor.
Fulda always rejected this. “You have made a great contribution to your university,” Science Minister Karin Prien said. ‘The CAU must now calm down in the coming weeks and concentrate entirely on remaining successful with the two existing clusters of excellence,’ said Prien in a letter to Fulda.
