Princess Kate appears in an official photo alongside her children for the first time since her operation in late January. She spent two weeks in a London clinic following her operation, before returning to her home, Kensington Palace.
The royal authorities gave few details on Kate's state of health and the reasons for this operation, which was the subject of much speculation on social networks.
