Prison crisis: neither the City nor the Province know what to do with the prisoners. After a series of escapes from police stations and wardens and twice as many detainees as could be accommodated, the situation in CABA is critical.

"If the city of Buenos Aires with respect to prisoners is worse than the province, what happens to the City is something that is repeated in all of the provinces," says Ariel Cejasi, deputy attorney general of the Nation's Penitentiary Office.
