Pro-Gaza message appears on Banksy's work in Naples. 'Madonna with the gun' created by the English street artist Banksy in Piazza Gerolamini, in the historic center of Naples.
In addition to the adhesive writing Gaza affixed to the Madonna's head, a large stencil was placed on the glass depicting a group of dead or dying naked children. The intervention did not affect the work which, when it was discovered in 2016 and found to be original, was covered with a large metal frame.
