The route from Lenggries to Vorderriß is becoming increasingly popular in the motorcycle scene. Over the past two weekends there were four motorcycle accidents on this route with six people injured.

The Arbeiterwohlfahrt is a thorn in the side of the many bikers, but especially the ones who drive too fast. There is no evidence of an increase in the number of accidents after the most recent closure of the Kesselberg in the Tölzer Land. But police are increasingly on site and are also carrying out checks on the route.. There was a lot going on at Sylvenstein over the past weekends. The police were on site to record the accidents. However, it is still too early to draw final conclusions at this point. There are problems with speeders and posers. There would also be some who drive sensibly, “but unfortunately there are once again a lot of black sheep among the bikers.” The situation is also precarious for cyclists. The whole thing is also a great danger for other road users.
