Kirchnerism had a stumble this Thursday in the Senate. Victoria Villarruel planned to activate six commissions, but two fell due to lack of quorum.

Two members were missing to achieve a quorum: Mónica Esther Silva from Rio Negro and José María Carambia from Santa Cruz. The most curious thing is that they were there but they did not go.
