The facts date from December 29, 2023. Three gendarmes from the Melun brigade were sent to carry out reconnaissance at the home of Maïron. F., 19, in Savigny-le-Temple. The defendant returns home at the same time and sees, in front of his home, the three police officers, in civilian clothes.
