Violence broke out in Jerusalem during the second night of the holy month of Ramadan. Two people were killed and three others were injured in clashes between police and Palestinians.

This Friday is the first day of Ramadan, when thousands of Palestinians are expected to flock to the city to pray in the streets and on the streets of the city's squares.
