In Yvelines, 10 people live in a large house purchased and managed as a cooperative. Seven adults and three children who did not all initially know each other have lived together since 2018 in the large building surrounded by one hectare of green spaces.
“There is work to raise a roof in order to enlarge an apartment, as well as another project to create a passive house in place of the garage. Here, the idea is to exchange, to share while maintaining privacy,” says one of the initiators of the project.
