Sora was launched in mid-January by a former WeWork employee. It allows companies locked in a lease that is too long to put an end to.
When a company wants to rent offices, it most of the time signs a commercial lease contract which binds it for a minimum of nine years. So it happens that a company has to leave its offices during the lease without being able to terminate it, consequently forced to continue paying rent for several months. The start-up Sora gives them a new life.
