After the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for outdoor space caused demand and prices to explode. As in the rest of Île-de-France, the trend has reversed in recent months.
February real estate barometer from Meilleurs Agents reports an average drop in house prices of 0.3%. Buying a house in Seine-Saint-Denis costs 6.9% less than last year at the same period and 2.5% less expensive over a quarter.
