Rehabilitation patients are being transferred against their will: There is resistance in the healthcare system. According to their legal opinion, it is not okay for a clinic to be categorically rejected by the health insurance company without taking the patient's wishes into account.

In 2022, according to the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds, the statutory health insurance companies spent 274.2 billion euros on medical services. Only 3.8 billion of this goes to rehabilitation and preventive services.
