The Israeli army wrote on Telegram that night that the military was “carrying out a thorough investigation at the highest level to understand the circumstances of this tragic incident” The aid organization, which was founded by the Spanish celebrity chef José Andrés, wrote on the platform X that it was aware of the reports.
