RER C: reinforced maintenance, increase in supply… emergency measures announced. IDFM and SNCF met this Tuesday morning, on the platforms of Austerlitz station, to announce some measures which should improve service.
The RER C, in high demand during the two Olympic fortnights, will see its offer increase by 70%. Usually, it does not run during the summer period in intra-muros Paris due to heavy renovation work on the tunnel. No less than thirty last year on the Rer C.
