Around 550,000 people are now called to vote again. No forecasts are expected due to the low number of votes. The outcome of the vote will have little impact on the composition of the Bundestag. The new Berlin election cannot change the distribution of the majority. But that doesn't mean it can't still cost individuals their mandate.
