The victim was found dead at his home and his son arrested and then taken into police custody. The son's lawyer, Me Clotilde Pauvert, told the press that her client “regrets what happened” and denies “the intention of homicide” The results of the autopsy performed on the victim to determine the exact causes of death have not been made public.
