Rome prosecutors to acquire Vannacci suspension order - General News. The Rome Public Prosecutor's Office is to acquire the 11-month suspension order issued by the defense ministry against Italian Army General Roberto Vannaccia.
The suspension order stems from the publication in 2023 of a controversial book as part of a probe into suspected incitement of racial hatred. Prosecutor Erminio Amelio will also reportedly proceed with the acquisition of the book itself, titled Il Mondo al Contrario (The World Back to Front)
