Abel, 18, takes in abandoned animals in his house in Étampes. The young man shelters around thirty new pets (NAC) in the basement of the family home.
He founded the SOS P'tites Bêtes association six years ago to help NACs. The snakes, small and large lizards, frogs which are regularly abandoned by their owner and which are less well taken into account than dogs or cats, explains the young man. While waiting for a new home, Abel takes care of the animals and puts them up for adoption.
