All sectors that somehow benefit the war economy are growing. Sectors remote from the war, on the other hand, would either grow significantly weaker or not grow at all. The high proportion of military spending supports production, while at the same time social transfers boost consumption. Social benefits from the government are only one side of the coin, because higher wages are also driving Russians' spending.
