Russia continues the propaganda spiral against Ukraine: “Narrative of IS terror”. At least 137 people were killed, and according to the Russian Ministry of Health, as of March 25, there were a total 182 injured.
Four suspected assassins were apparently caught in the Bryansk region, about 85 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
